This is nearly a 30-year tradition, but the Annual Mooning of Amtrak just screams “If you give me enough beer, I’ll do anything!”
Granted, I say this as a guy who mooned more than few people in my high school days, so maybe I shouldn’t be so hypocritical. I guess I just grew up.

There’s a travel show on HDNet that did an episode on that. I was most disturbed by the guy that’s been going for 20 years. He was there with his early 20’s daughter.
