I thought the video was going to be of someone doing a belly flop in a pool and getting sick afterwards or something. That video you linked to is just wrong.
That is just NOT right. However, it is wonderful incentive as I am about to walk out the door to go work out. I will probably add 10 minutes to my workout tonight. 🙂 LOL
