Idiot For The Day

I’m really disappointed that this two-year-old that accidently discharged a .357 magnum didn’t shoot the homeowners for letting the gun be that accessible in the first place. Sadly, no charges are going to be filed against the idiot homeowner.

Honestly, I can see how this could easily happen.
I have a gun next to my bed on the nightstand. It’s loaded, and ready to shoot – safety off. If someone came to my house with their kid, and the kid goes into my bedroom w/o my knowledge… BANG!
Notice to parents – Don’t assume all homes are childproof.

I don’t have a problem with people who have guns, but you realize that if you were ever robbed, there’s a VERY good chance that gun could be used against you.

Hi Jake – First I wanna tell you that I love your site! It’s one of my favorites.
I’m not so worried about getting robbed, as I am getting assulted. –It’s interested that guys don’t really ever consider that, huh?
Keep up the good work here!

The thing is, even in an assualt, a gun could easily be used against you.
Just my two cents 🙂

DesertStormVet says:

The homeowner should not be charged, shot, or otherwise held responsible for this. He/She has a right to have a gun. and keep it where it can be reached.
The stupid parent who brought the child over and did not watch him/her (they didn’t state the sex of the child) should be brought up on charges.

Im sorry but what twat leaves a gun fucking gun lieing around their house, this was an accident waiting to happen the child should have not been able to have access to the thing in the first place what i want to know is why the homeowners werent charged
