They should set up housing and 2 meals a day, in return the homeless have jobs to do in the community. Such as, doing community service related jobs like cleaning the streets, helping with volunteer organizations…ect. If they choose not to do these things then they get sent somewhere…I haven’t figured out where but an island somewhere with only limited supplies and a weekly airplane drop off of food/supplies.
