Horrible Name

Which Terminator Was It? T2 or T3?

I never did see T3, but after looking at these comparisons between the two movies, I don’t think I’ll bother since they basically look the same.

You Can’t Please Everybody

There are great products, albums and books on Amazon that will please 99% of the people out there. It’s the other one percent that are worth reading.

Why Bother With LivePerson…

…when LiveZilla will give you most of the same features for free? I’m mostly book marking this one for my reference, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has thought about something like this.

Just Because You Can, Doesn’t Mean You Should

My Windows Mobile phone gets pretty warm when running CPU intensive apps. I can only imagine what it would do if you were running a server from it.

Wired Magazine Puzzle Walkthrough

If you’re a Wired magazine subscriber, you probably got the puzzle issue last month. There was apparently a hidden puzzle that went through the entire issue, on top of the other well more visible puzzles that appeared on the pages throughout the magazine. I haven’t had a chance to look into trying to solve the puzzle, as I just haven’t had the time, but if you’re wanting to spoil it, Wired has posted a walkthrough.

Wolfram Alpha Is Interesting…

but it won’t kill Google, but it might make a good compliment to it as yet another tool for information junkies.

Mr. Thomas can finally move to The Bahamas and open up a moped lot…

…as it looks like his dealership isn’t going to sell Chryslers anymore (if you don’t get the joke in the headline you’re obviously not local nor listen to local radio).

TS&S still sells Subarus here in Bend (they used to sell Hyundai’s, too, but that’s now a Jim Smolich thing) so they’ll still be around focusing on Subarus — which seem to be really popular around here, so I’m sure they’ll be fine. I’d just have any repair work done somewhere else.

Cascade Winds In Final Concert of The Season

I do this all the time — the cheap plug for the local concerts that I’m a part of. While I don’t know if anybody actually comes to the concerts based on my mentions (I’d like to think that somebody does), you’re still going to have to put up with it. Especially when this concert promises to be such a great show with music for everybody. And it’s free, so what have you got to lose?

Update: As a commenter pointed out, there will be free munchies and drinks during intermission. Always forget about that, as I’m usually on stage prepping for the second half.

This Is So Wrong

Helen Keller is on twitter. And I’m going straight to hell for laughing.
