Stay indoors, and stay warm: Play some of these to kill off some time:

• Sniper Assassin 4 gets tougher than its earlier versions.
• Company Of Myself is a great (but sometimes sad) game where you use copies of yourself to make it through the game.
• Can you drive and text at the same time? I doubt it.
• Rushback Jack is a simple premise — run as far as you can to the right and then run back, all in 60 seconds.

Drifting Afternoon is another simple but visually beautiful Orisinal game where you’re a cat jumping from bubble to bubble.

Bubble Cannon 2 is a fun little game that takes little time to figure out, but a bunch of time to master.

Couple time killers for you:

• Wake Up The Box is a fun little physics game where you need to knock the little box around and wake it up (walkthrough, if you’re stuck).
• Cubix is a simple game where you just need to collect matching colors and avoid the other colors, but as the game gets flying, it gets really chaotic and tough.
• And for something a little lower stress, Cat Got Lost is a fun little simple game where all you need to do is get the cat home.

Drench is a tough little game with a simple premise: Fill the game board with the same color (starting with the top-left corner) by selecting adjoining colors to fill. I only made it through the first two levels.

I think Robert (who sent me this game) described RoboKill perfectly (even if he copy/pasted it from somewhere else):

RoboKill from Rock Solid Arcade is a sweet little shoot-em-up. Guide your robot through 10 missions, blasting away at everything in sight, upgrading armor and weapons as you go. Like all the other Rock Solid games, the game is on the simplistic side. But polished artwork, sound, and gameplay make it a fun time killer.

Indeed it is a great time killer.

Just got done watching the series 8 premiere of the totally awesome Spooks (great show — which unfortunately you have to work a bit if you want to see it on our side of the Atlantic), and thought I’d share some time killers while I recover from the tense episode…

• CCCPirates where you get to shoot cannon balls in an attempts to save treasure chests.
• Momentum Master is a tough little bugger of a game, but a heck of a lot of fun.

It’s a simple game — just fill in the spaces so that the same colors don’t touch. But the part that makes it fun is trying to do it in as few colors as possible. It’s Flood Fill and I managed to get gold stars (meaning you did the level in the fewest amounts of colors possible) on all 20 levels (just plan on trying to use three colors on later levels).

SkyFyre is a great horizontal pixel shooter where you fly around on dragons, shooting down monsters. It’s simple, chaotic, and fun.
