They are girls in schoolgirl outfits from Taiwan speaking in Japanese giving a US weather report to catchy tunes. And they do it every dang day. Weird… Really, though, it’s not too weird if you consider it comes from NMA. As somebody said on reddit, it’s reminds me of Uniqlock Clock which is a bit different as well.
