Maybe a title like ?What MJ would look like if Plastic Surgery did not exist? would be a more appropriate title that would see more sense.

In my opinion, his Thriller rhinoplasty was smart, was an improvement and should’ve stopped there. Losing the big nose was smart but, losing his masculine features and birthcolor wasn’t.
