UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 33-year-old dad, percussionist, sysadmin, Web developer, IT consultant and jack-of-all-trades geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. In addition to editing this site in his free time, he is the service manager at Weston Technologies. He has LinkedIn and Facebook profiles if you're trying to stalk him. Gmail Contest WinnersWe had a tie for first place in my contest, and both folks linked to my site, getting them 25 points. I also had two people tied for 7th (and I agree to give out a Gmail invite for 7th) so I had a couple extra Gmail invites, so both of the first places will be getting three invites and both of the 7th place folks will be getting one. Here's how the scoring for the invites rounded up:
