Robert said on 10/26/05 @ 07:46 AM: I hope this gets to him. Jon Stewart needs to hear this and I'd like to hear back on it, but I'm not holding my breath. I've been let down by Jon Stewart. The reason is that He does the same thing that every other Anchorman does. He only covers the main Party Lines. He makes it sound like you either have to pick either Democrat or Republican when there isn't really anything different about them. At the end of the day both candidates from a campaign go golfing together. There is and always will be the ruling class. Those with money make the laws and the poor are trampled underfoot. Why not expose those who have the power to turn a drug legal because it suits them even though it has severe side effects that only show up after a seperate corporation does an investigation for the government. I'd like to see him make fun of those who really deserve it. Too bad that isn't too funny since it hits a little close to home, but I think he should go there.

james said on 10/22/07 @ 07:03 PM: Jon Stewart is a guy who thinks he is funny but is really just an ignorant ASS. Anybody who brings a presidential candidate on his show and asks him/her a question and then doesn't even let them answer because he's trying to make a mockery of them and try to be funny, and he's NOT funny, is just an ignorant ASS. What a waste of corporate money.
james said on 10/22/07 @ 07:11 PM: Actually I think Jon is a guy who would like to be president but he doesn't have a clue so that's why he's on a show trying to be a funnyman. I'd be surprised if he could even spell "president"

Kathleenb said on 09/22/08 @ 05:08 PM: Jon Stewart does not have to be funny in his interview segment. If you are a DS fan, you will get your laughs from the other segments. Jon is smart, but he insults his guests by interrupting them and making fun of them. They get only a few minutes and Jon wastes precious time trying to be funny. I want to hear what the guest has to say, and usually it's about a book or a serious topic. Plesae Jon, we love you. and I love the show. Give your guests a chance.
