University of Oregon has 28 professors listed at RateMyProfessor.com. And I haven’t heard of a one of them.
It’s a sad, sad day

It’s a joke people, mellow out…
Skin your search engine
While I prefer Google for most of my searches (much like Gregg who told you about Froogle), there are many folks out there who prefer All The Web/Fast, and there are some things you can do with ATW that you can’t do with Google (MP3/FTP search comes to mind). One neat feature is the ability to skin the site. They recently had a contest, and you can view the winners here. I prefer Retro-Active.

The Princess Bride…er..Jedi
Another Star Wars fan film. It pays homage to The Princess Bride.
Its titled “Brains and Steel” and you can view it here.
Not the best saber effects I’ve seen, but they choreographed the original PB fight scene well, and all the dialog is the same.
eBay’s smokin’ crack

“In a statement to BBC News Online, eBay said it ‘never asks its users for their user ID and password’…”

…which can make logging in a bit tricky
Slavery sucks, but…
From Ruminate.com:
To my reckoning, the only thing worse than being sold into slavery is being sold into slavery at a deep discount, priced to move. Man, that’s *gotta* suck.
A Lord of the Rings encyclopedia
Everything you’ve ever needed/wanted to know about the Lord of the Rings or other works by J. R. R. Tolkien can probably be found at The Encyclopedia of Arda. A very well done, detailed site.
