Running an MP3 off the hard drive space of a copier, for example. This article is full of ideas on fun stuff you can do with modern copiers. Granted, the article is from the viewpoint that these things are bad, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use the article for ideas for future projects.

The Matrix Version 1 a First-Person Shooter?
Makes sense to me. The One had all the cheat codes, too.
Penis Enlargement Pills Don’t Work — By Themselves
Last year I linked to a site chronicling a man’s experiment with penis enlargement pills and if they really work or not. The project is over (was a while ago, but I wasn’t on the ball), and he provides some nice graphs of the change in size of his manhood. Long story short: the pills don’t work by themselves, but if you do certain exercises along with them, girth can improve. He went from 140 mm to 174 mm — so about 1.33 inches longer. Link via Chris.
I hate both Rap and Country Music
But what it were combined into one music style? Would I be able to tolerate Country Rap? I doubt it, but it’d be an interesting genre.
That’d be a Fun Read
The book is 223 pages, and doesn’t contain a single verb.
Google vs. The Library vs. A Phone
How fast is Google at finding out obscure information? A newspaper in the UK pits it against a phone and a library. The results are pretty interesting, and while not even remotely scientific, does prove that sometimes Google isn’t always the best answer for everything.
Resizing the US States by Equal Population
What would the US look like if the states were all resized for equal population? Basically makes it so that the mid-west has about four states while California has seven. Link.
Climbers Rise Above the Primates
From rockcliming.com via John Fulwider:
Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo invited five climbers to test out its new ape house and discovered that the “escape-proof” exhibit was not as secure as they’d hoped. The 12,000-square-foot outdoor yard of the exhibit is guarded by a 12-foot overhanging wall. Five climbers volunteered to test the wall and, with bouldering pads at its base, they quickly found six routes to the top, ranging in difficulty from V0 to V4. The zoo now will go back to the drawing board and try to eliminate the small holds on the wall; they’ve promised to invite the climbers back in June for another round of testing before the apes move in.
My money says they’ll escape again. My brother’s a very good climber, and I’m sure he could’ve gotten out of that cage as well.
What’s an RSS feed, and why should you care?
Shannon asked recently about RSS Feeds, what they are, how to use them, etc… . I didn’t have a good article to send her to until I found a brilliantly written 12-part article flagged in my RSS reader that discussed what RSS/Webfeeds are, how they work, how you subscribe to them and more. So if you have any questions about RSS, I’d start with that article.
