Couple to knock off the rest of the afternoon…

• Poleriders, from the same guy that created QWOP, so that should tell you something.
• For the typography nerds, Shape Type requires you to get the characters to match the typeface properly (I got 68 out of 100).
• Focus is a fun, unique, and exceedingly frustrating action game. If you want to get really miffed, try it on Insane mode.

Been a while since I’ve posted a good little time killer. It took me 893 clicks to get through One Button Arthur. How’d you do?

You’re a penguin. You want to fly. Go for it in Learn to Fly 2

I can’t honestly remember playing Learn to Fly, the original, but here it is should you want to try that first.

Wonderputt is a mini-golf game not quite like any I’ve played before. I’ve seen putt games like this before, but none were this creative, nor did they cram 18 holes into the screen.

I scored 69,477 on my first try after 18 holes (finished five-under). Probably would do better a second time around now that I know how to complete some holes (and you get “Wonder” points a second time through). How’d you do?

Update: I need to quit playing this now. Second time through I was 31 under par, got 60000 wonder points, did it in 5:45, for a grand total of 144,655 points that time around. Was kind of miffed I didn’t fill the rainbow, though.

Notebook Drift is a fun little game where you guide a car around by dropping magnets to control its drift. Gets tough fast, but still quite fun once you get the hang of it.

Not To Scale didn’t seem like something I’d like at first, but it started to grow on me, then I had completed all the levels. The object of the game: Complete the picture in each level by swapping around the image fragments. However, to complicate things, some of the pieces are not to scale.

Impasse is a minimalist puzzle game. Discover the rules as you go and make your way to the goal of each level. And it’s a pain in the butt, but fun.
