Jake, I used Weaknees (Tivo Upgrades link) when one of my Tivos went kaput last month. They were great, helped me troubleshoot, sent the parts, and tools with the parts. Took about 30 minutes to replace the power suppy and fan when the package arrived. Good stuff.
