It was actually developed quite a long time ago, by Sysinternals, who got bought by Microsoft.

Obviously they don't think its harmful, though the IT guy here came up and shut my machine down by pushing the power button yesterday....

Yeah, I had forgotten that Sysinternals had gotten bought up by MS (love all their tools, and I hope they all get integrated into the core). I thought I had blogged about the purchase before, but I'll be danged if I can find it anywhere.

hehehe, I showed it to the sysadmin at my company and he actually thought it is a real BSOD and gave a huge sigh saying "Itz a long time since we met baby". He sat down infront of the system as if he is starting to wage a war against it and as soon as he pressed enter he found out that it is a screen saver and just walked away...smiling.
