Google Maps Flight Sim

This is a fun little Flash game, and with a bit of work you can make it fly around any city. So for example, here's a flight around Bend (just hit start). The imagery for Bend isn't great as you can't zoom in as tight as many areas, but it's certainly better than it used to be.
