There are many points there that, according to a lot of people who get paid to have opinions, are probably true, but it doesn't mean that everything is.
Also, whether you like him or not, it wasn't against the rules to use the steroids until the 2003 season. If the rules don't say that you can't do something to gain an edge, it's not cheating to do that something.
That said, if it can be proven that he was using banned substances during the 2003 season or later, then I could see an asterisk next to the numbers for those seasons. Without absolute proof, however, you gotta leave the record books alone.
