UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. In addition to editing this site in his free time, he is the IT Director and Ad Designer at both Sunray and Discover Sunriver. A Geek on PoliticsSticking with today's political theme, I had to mention this. Fred Langa runs a great newsletter (of which I'm a plus member) that is always full of great computer tips, tricks, and advice. I get it twice a week, and make sure I read it as thoroughly as possible. In his latest issue, he deviates (if only for a moment) from his geek content and publishes a great commentary as to why he's voting for Kerry. Good read, and I agree with him on every point.
