The Bullet-proof briefcase

I need one of these, as you never know when it will come in handy. This thing is a briefcase that provides the following, critical, feature:

LIFE CASE will defeat bullets fired from submachine guns as well as .38, .357, and .44 Magnums..even 12ga .00 buckshot from shotguns as well as a whole spectrum of other calibers.
Now, if I ever have the need for this bag, that's another worry entirely, but it'd still be cool, if not just for the James Bond nature of it.
