If you're reading this, you have too much time on your hands.
I've been thinking about September 11th. I've been thinking about the United States response - The Patriot Act. Invading Afganastan & Iraq. Death. Fear. Oppression.
It seems to me that this is NOT the America I want the world to know. So I propose a blogwide Photoblog your Life day on September 11th. Take your camera with you. Take pictures. Show the world your life. Show the world your daily delights. Show the world that we choose life, happiness and freedom.
This is a really cool idea, and come 9/11, I may be doing the same thing.
Rob Salzman said on 06/14/03 @ 01:35 PM: Thanks! I'm really curious to see if the meme will spread. Regardless, I'm gonna do it. Do somthing to affirm life. A boring, delightful, stressful, happy day in my life.
Rob Salzman said on 07/07/03 @ 06:49 PM: btw - over 2000 unique visitors this weekend. Doing real well on getting the meme out. TextAmerica.com is gonna put it on their front page!

Shawn said on 07/07/03 @ 11:32 PM: textamerica will feature this and also a registration site for the "photoblog your life" project. We have a conference to attend that week in SF, so it should be really cool. I have never been there, so I will probably take shots of everything in sight! :-)
