He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. In addition to editing this site in his free time, he is the service manager at Weston Technologies. He has LinkedIn and Facebook profiles if you're trying to stalk him. He will not be posting on Twitter.

Almost Back Up And Running
We had a fairly major server outage yesterday. I won't go into the details of it all, as I haven't slept much in the last 24 hours and I'm utterly exhausted (yesterday was one of the nastiest days of my life, and this was just one of many things to go nuts yesterday). If commenting's not working, email me at utterlyboring at gmail dot com.

Richy C. said on 10/29/10 @ 10:00 AM: Sorry to hear you had a crap day - I had a similar one (sans the hardware failure yesterday). It might be worth looking at R1Soft's CDP solution: it's saved my derriere a few times in the past.
(Hmm, derriere did have the correct accent over the e, but MovableType rejected it...)
Barney Lerten said on 10/30/10 @ 12:12 PM: Why does technology suck so often? What is needed to make it suck less ... a movement? Are we pushing the envelope and bleeding to death from 1,000 stinging paper cuts?
Or am I just beating an analogy to death as usual?;-)
Sympathies, condolences, salutations and commiserations my friend.

What are you doing down here? Don't you have something better to do? Like Go Back To The Top of the page, or even see who created this site? This site is © 2001 - 2012 by the Utterly Boring folks at UtterlyBoring.com. Steal my content, as I probably did, too, just link to my site or the original site. Batteries not included.
