I’ve always thought Weird Al’s songs were hilarious, and that he was quite the talent, but seeing him perform live at the Deschutes County Fair tonight just made me appreciate him that much more. I had a smile on my face the entire time, and haven’t laughed that hard in a very long time. Thanks for coming to Central Oregon again, Mr. Yankovic.

My first concert was Weird Al at the Washington County Fair a looooong time ago. Great stuff!
We’re going to see him in London in his first ever European live show (IIRC) in December. Really looking forward to it – especially since we saw Penn and Teller (twice) in their first UK appearance in 15 years in July.
Yeah! I “dragged” my husband and 8-year old daughter to it. We had a great time, and I was also smiling throughout(my cheeks hurt!). What an entertainer.
I sat in the front row and it was a hoot. Though it was my 17th weird al concert its always freash. Thanks weird al and Deschutes county.

But while the costumes were great (wait, that wasn’t actually Kurt Cobain?) I would have traded a couple more songs for all that Al TV.
