...there were also quite a few things that were taken out. Most of it wasn't need anyway, but it's still interesting to see what Microsoft deems important and not.

i remember playing with longhorn when it came out back in the day, and they tweaked it a lot from that. did u ever get a hold of longhorn jake?

UAC has got to be the most annoying thing on Earth and probably the first thing I turn off for a Vista system if I'm using it. I understand their reasoning for including it, but I didn't realize how many times you had to click "OK" when you're just trying to setup a system for use in a corporate environment. Cripes...
