UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 33-year-old dad, percussionist, sysadmin, Web developer, IT consultant and jack-of-all-trades geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. Remember that broken spy satellite?Remember that broken spy satellite that's heading towards earth that the government doesn't know what to do with? Apparently they've just decided to blow the thing out of the sky because "its fuel poses a danger to people on the ground."
