UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. In addition to editing this site in his free time, he is the IT Director and Ad Designer at both Sunray and Discover Sunriver. UtterlyBoring.com and BendBlogs.com Site Downtime TonightJust an FYI: Just forewarning everybody, tonight at 11PM I have to take the server that hosts this server and Bend Blogs down while I do a deep hard drive scan on the backup hard drive in the server as it's spitting out errors. Hopefully (unless there are major issues), the server should be back up by 4AM, Sunday morning. BTW: It was nice seeing some of you at the BendWebCon.
