Trademork breaks the story that the lovable jackasses at Fark (one of my favorite sites) are trying to trademark NSFW which stands for "Not Safe For Work." Theblogworldisallup in a dither, when Fark's official response shows that this is obviously some sort of hilarious practical joke (or something Drew decided to do when he was drunk). I can't wait to see how this one turns out.
trademark registration said on 12/12/07 @ 03:11 PM: Why is this such a big story? Common words and phrases are trademarked all the time. Think of "Apple", for computers and software.
