UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. More On The Bend Clothesline FlapAfter threatening legal action against a local woman for trying to hang up a clothesline in her yard, Brooks Resources has now decided that instead of taking advantage of the international coverage and being the good guys in all this and show that they're a good green company, they've decided to just postpone dealing with the matter. They just said it had to be screened from view. Where was she hanging it? If it is in the backyard behind a fence seems to me it would be fine. I see no problem with requiring screening.
