More On The Bend Clothesline FlapAfter threatening legal action against a local woman for trying to hang up a clothesline in her yard, Brooks Resources has now decided that instead of taking advantage of the international coverage and being the good guys in all this and show that they're a good green company, they've decided to just postpone dealing with the matter. 2 Commentsyoleen said on 10/02/07 @ 10:37 AM:This is so rich. Gotta love how expensive they can make the issue of hanging clothes. About 20 years ago, I bought a line and clothes pins for about ten bucks. They just said it had to be screened from view. Where was she hanging it? If it is in the backyard behind a fence seems to me it would be fine. I see no problem with requiring screening.
