David Helton said on 06/28/07 @ 07:36 PM: Yeah this is utterly pathetic of them. Don't get me wrong, child abuse is a major issue and we need to do all we can to prevent it. I am only 20 and don't have any kids of my own so this really isnt much of an issue for me, but I remember as a child I was a major hand-holder, I always wanted to hold my grandparents or parents hand while walking, its reassuring I guess to children, and probably safer for them too (when walking along busy roads).
