What is the largest island in a lake on an island in a lake on an island?

Why it's Vulcan point in Crater Lake on Vulcano Island in Lake Taal on Luzon (PHI), of course. Link via digg.

I'm confused - is that our Crater Lake? or some other crater lake?

No, that's a different crater lake. Work backwards in the headline, makes it easier to figure out what's going on. Doing it that way, you'll see that this island is on an island, which our Crater lake is not.
