There Are Some Weird Dudes On Bend Blogs

Obviously, BendBlogs.com and the 260 blogs it indexes, is bound to get some oddball posts come through. But this is probably one of the weirdest (and dirtiest) ones I've read in a long time (MySpace blog and naughty talk warning). If you read the rest of this guy's writings, this kind of writing is commonplace.

Weird stuff...

I accidentally started reading one of his posts and I nearly vomited.

It just grosses me out... I think he's here to show what a stud he is, but I just keep thinking "Dude, you are old and nasty. Knock it off with the smut (not erotica)"

EEEEWwwwwww. I kept hoping someone would remove him from bendblogs!!!

Sadly, Gurl, as much as I don't like what he says, I defend his right to say it. So I'll be leaving him on BendBlogs for the foreseeable future.

It would be cool if visitors could flag certain posters to "ignore" so that we don't have to sludge thru their stuff. I have started just checking BB every couple weeks for new blogs, then adding them to my reader because of all the myspace garbage.

There is basic multi-user support in Gregarius, which is what powers Bend Blogs. The reason I haven't implemented it is because I haven't played with it to see what kind of load it makes and to see remotely how it works.

I do know there is a lot of cruft on there, but even if it's a mediocre/crap blog, it's still a blog.

That being said, the easiest way for you to see if I've added a new site is to keep an eye on the BendBlogs RSS feed. When I import a new site, it dumps several dated entries for that site into the RSS feed.

I know, I know. "First amendment etc etc".

That's why I didn't say anything.

And that's the other reason I now never read another post written by him.

But an "adult content" flag would be nice.

Eww. The worst part of reading was probably the "Age: 51" part.

An "adult content" flag wouldn't be a bad idea.

And if somebody could program it in, I'd be all over it :-)

Okay, I made it through a sentence.
Which actually felt like a sentence. Like one handed down from a jury.

Gross. Gross. Gross. Gross. Gross. And Euwwwww.

I don’t ask for legislation. Just that he find a better use for his computer. I’m not sure what that is but let us hope he unplugs it first. Or not.

I'll chime in: I've been skimming this guy's posts for a few months out of freakish curiosity, and resisting the temptation to post a comment calling him out.

When he's not posting this kind of ridiculous crap, he's posting right-wing bullshit.

Seriously, the whole thing is pathetic.

He has at least one kid that posts comments on his Myspace, too! Ugh...this is everything that is wrong with the world wrapped up in one blog.

Come On! So some old fart gets hammered, watches some porno, and puts it on myspace. Poor pathetic bastard, he's got the mind of a 13 year old. Let him have his fun.

Before too long, you might also be writing letters to Penthouse about stuff that never happened!

I'll give him this: He posted a picture of himself. What a nut.
