UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. You Have To Laugh At This OneBecause I'm sure these local crooks were... It was no laughing matter for Bend police who stopped a pickup and arrested two men early Friday on charges of stealing a large canister of nitrous oxide -- the anesthetic known as "laughing gas" -- from a nearby dental office.Looking at their mug shots, it looks like they're having a good time.
