How? Well, just remember that hex codes are RR GG BB (red green blue): split the code up and see which is bigger (i.e. FF0033: is very red, not at all green and slight blue). And then just look for the picture which appears to correspond the most (i.e. with FF0033 I'd look for the redest one). 652C45 shows as being most red (65), then slightly Blue (45) and finally ever so slightly green (2C). Given a choice been a cyan and a magenta (reddish blue) - it's the reddish blue one!
