Very clever, the clue is looking at her legs and where here elbows should be as the "drop" happens.

She's just going into a semi-squat position and has some type of aparatus holding her bulky clothes in place.

I'm not sure if those are really her hands, if they weren't that would also give her a lot of options :)

she slides her right arm out of the sleeve to support the back of her dress (you see a fake right hand the whole time). Then she bends over quickly and scares the living daylights out of everyone who's watching this extremely freaky video... thank you, U.B.
