UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 31-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, IT consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. I Only Wish This Was Legal Around HereWe have a pile of stray cats that run around our neighborhood, tearing things apart, fighting in the middle of the night, pooping in yards, etc... . I live in Milwaukee, and as yet, the bill is getting close to passing. (There's some more legal mumbo-jumbo I don't understand that could last a few more months...) From a native's opinion, "feral" cats are not a problem in the city and therefore the law should not be valid in the city, and only be voted on a county-by-county basis, so more rural areas where wild cats ARE a problem can handle the situation in an appropriate manner that does not suit areas such as Milwaukee and Madison.
