UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. In addition to editing this site in his free time, he is the IT Director and Ad Designer at both Sunray and Discover Sunriver. Another Site Added To The Feed ReaderRandom Acts of Reality is a blog written by an ambulance driver about the cases he comes across and the emotional and physical tolls the job will take on you. Having know a great deal of EMTs and Firefighters throughout my life (my mom was an emergency room nurse for 20+ years), and even running the Hood To Coast one year with a bunch of EMTs, I really enjoyed reading the site. It's now in my Feeddemon feed list, and will be added to my Blogroll once I re-do the thing (there are lots of sites I read that aren't on there, and vice versa).
