UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. Overclock Your CalculatorI have an old TI-83 around someplace and if I was good with a soldering iron, I'd be all over this experiment. I just know that somewhere out there, there's somebody trying this, right before they take the SATs next month, and their calculator will burst into flames during the test.
