A Six-Tuner PVRI wish I had the $1200 or so it would cost to make this. It would allow you to digitally record up to six TV shows at the same time (current Tivos, etc... are limited to one). Now the trick would actually be to find six thing worth recording at the same time (a much more difficult task). I have a Pioneer DVR from Time Warner cable and we can record 2 channels at a time, or watch one channel while recording another. Plus, we have 2 tuners on our TV so we can have regular cable going into a VCR and record shows on that, if we really want to. Down side is that we have to rent the box and pay for the service.
