UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. Astroturf Infecting Print and Online MediaI mentioned a practice of Astroturfing (though I didn't know the official term for it) in a previous posting. While I mentioned that it was being done heavily by Bush supporters, as a commenter pointed out, the practice is being done on both sides.
