UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 30-year-old dad, percussionist, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this so that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting totally wasted. Google Image Search in ASCIIA neat little tool that takes whatever search term you put into the box, sends it through a Google Images search, takes the first image that gets returned, and turns it into ASCII art. So, for instance, it would look like BS in lynx. Now REAL asciiart... you want to check this out: http://www1.zkm.de/~wvdc/ascii/java/ hint.. it is a certain famous 1970's movie rendered into moving ascii art.. green on black, real characters used to make the shades.
