Man Raises Stink -- and PigsThis is hilarious. A man wanted to change the zoning of his property from agricultural to commercial. When the city and the neighbors rejected his request, he put 17 pigs in his front yard -- and because his land is zoned agricultural, there's nothing authorities can do about it, despite the neighbor's gripes.
