Why men don't ask for directions

We don't ask for directions, because women are terrible at giving them. Don't believe me?

This page (http://utterlyboring.com/archives/2004/02/18/why_men_dont_ask_for_directions.php) contains 42132 bytes, while there are only 89 bytes of actual content (your blog entry). Congratulations, that's 0.002% content and 99.998% cruft. Do your readers a favor (who must squint to see the content) and trim the fat.

Never once did I saw that my site was the fastest loading out there. Yes, it's bloated, and I've been meaning to trim it down, but you know what? I've been to far more blogs that look and act worse than this. 42KBs ain't bad, considering that many sites top 200KB on a regular basis.

So are you done lecturing me now? When I get the free time (never), I'll build a better template. Meanwhile, go find somebody else to criticize. This site was originally created as an outlet for me for stuff I found fun. Pleasing everybody is impossible, especially when I really couldn't care less if a ton of people were happy about this site. I want them to like it, and most do -- so quit your belly-aching.
