Mac users are gullible idiots

I know I'm going to get flames from Mac users who will do nothing but read the headline above, but just consider the story and you might agree.

Anyway, to take a great quote from Les: "Apple encourages people to 'think differently,' but perhaps they should encourage them to just think."

A while back, an article appeared that told the tale of a guy who got a brand new G5 for Christmas, gutted it, and turned it into a PC. The article, quoted:

Don't get me wrong, I’m sure G5 is a great computer, but I wanted a Dell for Christmas. I don't have any programs for Apple and didn't feel like waiting for them. I thought about selling it, but my parents would be upset with me. After all, this was a very expensive gift and it meant a lot to them to give to me.
The article showed plenty of pictures of him installing PC parts into the G5 case, ripping, tearing, etc... . The Mac users went nuts, sending him hate mail, flaming him, calling him names, etc ... .

And the thing was, he didn't gut a whole G5, he just got a case from a friend. He never threw away any G5 or Mac parts, yet the flames keep coming. Read the article, it's a riot. Thanks to Les for the link.

I think it is safe to assume that it was not a Mac user per se.

And yes you are right, many Mac users are idiots, of course the same could be said about PC users.

But ya know what jake, we call this "job security." :P

PC users, on average, are much smarter than Mac users. Especially when it comes to tech knowledge.

Mac OS X is a braindead system that I think even my parents would actually be insulted to use.

Of course, the Cult of Steve Jobs, the people who worship Jobs and think he can do no wrong as well as walk on water, like to think they know everything about computers.
