Some Democrats are talking seriously about Hillary Clinton running for president in 2004. I don't think they are serious -- I think they are trying to get Rush Limbaugh to go back on drugs.

I think they are very serious. She's going to run, she's going to win, and she's going to be a great president. Well, maybe not great, but look at the act she's following. It's like jerry seinfeld following a carrot top act, he's gonna seem pretty great just based on what came before.
They are serious, and she's gonna win.
