Catcher ejected for holding on to ball too long

"Mild-mannered A.J. Hinch, the Tigers' new catcher, got ejected from Saturday night's 9-6 loss to the Colorado Rockies -- not for something he said, or even for something he did. But something he didn't do.

He didn't throw the ball back to the pitcher as quickly as umpire Larry Young thought he should."
